The Grounds Crew Foreman is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of an assigned Grounds Maintenance Crew. This is an essential position within our organization and requires a thorough understanding of how to perform Landscape Maintenance Duties. This position is responsible for mowing residential and commercial properties as well as performing chemical applications, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, spraying, planting, weeding, and other maintenance-related duties.  You will be responsible for operating and maintaining assigned equipment and safely transporting other staff members to and from job sites.

Time Expectations:

• Peak Season: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 5:30pm (subject to change based on workload)

• 45+ hour work week during peak season

• Some Saturday hours as needed ** to be scheduled / subject to change based on weather & other circumstances**

• 24/7 Availability for Snow Removal Operations (November – April)

This will transition to a full-time salaried position after successful completion of the probationary period. 1 OPEN POSITION, $18 - $27/HOUR TO START *BASED ON EXPERIENCE*

The Lawncare / Tree & Shrub Technician’s primary responsibility is to perform lawn fertilization, chemical applications, tree & shrub care, aeration, seeding, and other technical tasks related to lawn and tree/shrub health. This position will be tasked with performing the above-listed duties as well as overseeing and training new employees as needed. This is an essential position within our organization and requires great organization & management skills. Although the primary responsibility of this position is to complete lawn and tree care services during the growing season, other duties include but are not limited to, performing landscape maintenance tasks, equipment maintenance, snow removal, and assisting other crews as needed. You will be responsible for loading and unloading necessary tools and materials, completing daily job reports, performing necessary maintenance of assigned equipment, and assisting in other capacities as needed.

20 POSITIONS OPEN, $16 - $19/HOUR

Landscape Crew Members will work at the discretion of an assigned Foreman to complete assigned landscaping jobs. This work includes but is not limited to mowing, weed-eating, edging, blowing, trimming shrubs/bushes, mulching, raking, planting, installing sod, and assisting other team members as needed.

Pre-Requisites: No experience is required for this position and we will train the right candidate. Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
